A coturnix quail garland for the people who love these plump little birds like I do.
I have a small flock of coturnix in the backyard, and I can tell you with full confidence: there is no bird in the world quite like a quail. They are roundish. They are adorable. Their eggs are little works of art.
Six hand painted quail, each one a different color variety. Five tiny speckled eggs to string between them. Natural jute twine, ready for you to thread through the punched holes and hang however the spirit moves you.

About four feet finished, give or take how loose you string it. Sturdy cardstock cutouts with the holes already punched, so the only thing between you and a wall full of quail is about ten minutes of pleasant lacing.
For your sister who keeps quail and texts you photos of them at 6am like they are her children (because they are). For the kitchen that needs a little more bird in it.
